The keys of manual therapy including massage as well as dry needling (acupuncture) are “accuracy” and “precision“! (the most important point is writen in page 21, 22, extracted below.)

This clinic takes a one shot one kill style, not a blow everything away style!

Try thin needles, and you will know they talk loudly!
